WHAT to do if you are in need of normal medical treatment?

  • In-Patient claims /claims likely to exceed €3.250/$4.250/£2.500/ emergency evacuation/repatriation:
    Please contact the International 24-hour Helpline on +49 (0) 69 9778899-999 or crewmedical@mosmedical.de before the treatment commences (but see “Emergencies” below). If a pre-authorization has been given for in-patient treatment, the hospital invoices may be settled directly by inTrust Germany, Cunningham Lindsey Zorn GmbH. 
  • All other medical claims:
    You may visit a professionally registered medical practitioner of your choice. Please ask the doctor to complete, stamp and sign the Medical Claim Form. The submission of the completed claim form, together with paid invoices, receipts and prescriptions within 90 days of start of treatment is sufficient. Send the paid original invoices, prescriptions and receipts to inTrust Germany, Cunningham Lindsey Zorn GmbH, together with the completed claim form, on which you will find their contact details.

  • Emergencies:
    Please contact the International 24-hour Helpline on +49 (0) 69 9778899-999 or crewmedical@mosmedical.de within 72 hours of the commencement of treatment to ensure all emergency treatment is covered.

What can you do if you suffer a work-related accident?

If you suffer a work-related accident, please ask your employer to contact Pantaenius. We will check if Employer's Liability cover is in place.
